False Witness is the 10th Episode of the NCIS’s 8th Season. It was aired last December 14, 2010, Tuesday at 08:00 PM at CBS. This Episode was written by Steven D. Binder, created by Donald P. Bellisario and Don McGill and directed by James Whitmore Jr.

The last episode of NCIS entitled Enemies Domestic dealt with how the NCIS team found a way to get quick answer for their investigation after the ambush. This ended with how one member remembered the first assignment they handled in NCIS.
The disappearance of the Navy petty officer became the priority of the NCIS team on the upcoming episode entitle False Witness. This officer is one of the sole witnesses of the upcoming murder trial.
Donald P. Bellisario of NCIS brings us closer on how the investigation done when it comes to government agencies. This includes all crimes involving both Marine Corps and Navy, no matter how high or low their rank or position is. This opened how the investigation takes place from espionage and murder to stolen submarines and terrorism. The special agents such as Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Agent Tim McGee, Agent Tony DiNozzo and Agent Ziva David of NCIS will start their traverse across the globe to study and investigate all the crimes within the Marine Corps and/or Navy ties.
